The customer service was very poor. I did not see results after 2 weeks of trying the Venpro treatment, so I wanted my money back! They never returned my e-mails or calls. Finally they did call me and told me that the product takes time to work. I told them I just wanted my money back. I finally got my money back after a struggle.

My hemorrhoids cleared up after about four weeks of Venpro. I wish it worked a little faster though.

Did not 100% get rid of my hemorrhoids, but did see swelling go down a lot in about 3 weeks time. I think the product is ok. Might try something different next time.

Venpro is an excellant product. Got great results even though I had a mild case of hemorrhoids. Cured my itching as well. I like it, would recommend it.

It`s not the fastest, but it seemed to work ok for me. I used a hemorrhoid cream as well, so I`m not sure if it was the cream that was working or the Venpro.

I would say the Venpro was the best treatment for hemorrhoids I have ever used! I am totally cured from my hemorrhoid problem from using this product. I stay on the Venpro for maintenance and it seems to be working out for me. I had hemrrhoids for almost ten years, so I know this product works. I highly recommend this product.
